Does anyone have a formula to predict the tensile strength of ferrous wire after drawing ?

Ferrous industry expert Robert Shemenski, of RMS Consulting, offers the following formula information to use the ratio of yield strength to tensile strength to determine tensile strength.

Great! What about data of K & n for 1070 and 1080?
I used to use formula as follow:
Final tensile=Initial tensile+K*ture strain,
for 1080 steel,K=412(MPa)

Die Exit Tensile Strength (psi) = 107,000(1.0087)(exp.100TR) + (SRT - 100,000)
Where TR = total area reduction (decimal percent)
SRT = starting rod tensile strength (psi)
