Wire casting and helix measurement was created by Archived Forum Admin
I struggle with getting the correct size of the coiled wire after galvanizing and helix. In factI cannot get relevent specifications. And what could the effect of waxing of the wire be on casting of galvanized wire?
Regards
Bernard

The obtain the correct cast and helix on the take ups of the galvanizing line, you have to preform the galvanized wire by using a vertical and horizontal plane bearing preformers or preforming with pulies depend on the take up if it is vertical or horizontal.

You can obtain information with preformers manufactures
