Use Google to find "Cable Manufacturers Ul 94 VO". There are lots of them but I am unsure who is pre-qualified for the American market.

Well then, since you have a particular agenda regarding the cable materials and because you are an electrical engineer, we suggest the following:
- Purchase an up to date copy of the specification,
- Design the cable according to your personal wishes and the limitations of your plants and equipment,.
- Then manufacture same..

You never told us of the materials you wished to use so we could not search for manufacturers of those cables. We are only as good as the information you provide us with.
